There's a cold front coming in & the weather is going to get cold, but can you believe it....71 degrees today! wow!
On another note, I'm not the Grinch & I don't want to stop people from starting their Christmas festivities early, but I've always been one to celebrate one holiday at a time. Give me Halloween, then Thanksgiving, and then Christmas. The Day after Thanksgiving is more than early enough. Dec 1st is better.
That's not to say I don't purchase Christmas gifts before now...I do. I've purchased a few things since about September, but Christmas decorations & music....nope. It makes me feel like the other holidays get cheated. Isn't the entire month of December enough? Sure we should have the spirit of Christmas with us all year long, but the music & decorations & ESPECIALLY all the commercialism is overkill.
So, although I'm probably offending more than my share of people, I don't mean to. You do what you want & I will wait a few more days.

We had a very warm Monday morning then within 1 hour we dropped 20 degrees! It snowed last night, not a ton but enough. That cat of yours is so big its a wonder you didn't soil your armour darling!

Ahh yes I'm sure I'm one of the annoying early ones but the Holidays are SOOOOOOOOOOO busy I feel like I enjoy it the most at the begining of the month, when there is still time to sit down and watch christmas movies :) My goal this year is to have everything done by December 1st (yes inluding wrapped presents) so I can spend time with Dave now that he is working so much :(
