Midway, No Baby J

Well, Friday the 13th came and went and although it was baby J's due date, he's still cookin'. I've been calling my sister every day to get a baby update, but apparently not much is going on, so she's not expecting him to pop out anytime soon (at least not in the next couple of days).

Oh well. Maybe he'll hold off til Pioneer Day (july 24th). There's kind of this thing where most of us have b-days on a semi-holiday (1st day of spring, last day of Summer, flag day, friday the 13th - sometimes & Labor day)

We had a fun weekend up at our cabin. M, D, TA, Aa, Aa's girlfriend T, TA's friend Matt and I all went. We went up friday night & came home this morning. We went to the outlet mall in Park City yesterday, watched movies, bbq'd, & just spent a lot of time talking & laughing. Aa told us he was going to shave his head, but he changed his mind. Not sure when he'll finally do it, but he will. He's planning on donating his hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. T is thinking about cutting 8 inches off hers too.

Oh, and it's freaking HOT! M&D only have a swamp cooler...which doesn't really work once it gets to be 100+ outside. I wanted to go home & sit in the A/C, but decided to stick it out so I could visit with TA & help him make some funny onsies for baby J.
