I have a new addiction. It looks like this:
You can buy them at Costco. Pure chocolatey pretzel goodness! I also bought a bag of dried cherries. um, can you say YUM! Especailly when you mix the chocolate covered pretzels with the dried cherries. ok, enough.
After talking to the travel agent, we're looking at an all inclusive resort in the Mayan Riviera, another Hawaiian cruise with a land extension so we can go to the PCC & do other things on Oahu, Interlaken Switzerland, or, I'm still hoping, the Eastern Canada/Boston/NYC cruise. We'll see. We have to start thinking about 2008 this soon so Larry can do some negotiating, but nothing can be reserved, especially since most hotels & airlines don't even make reservations more than a year in advance.
Anyway, It's exciting. We're a little sad that some of the places we wanted to to are a bit too expensive. (Africa, Egypt, or anyplace where airfare is killer) Since it's fairly cheap to fly to asian countries, we also tossed around the idea of Vietnam/Cambodia, S. Korea, Tawain, or going back to Thailand but not staying in the most expensive hotel in Phuket LOL (but it was really nice...and they had Tim-Tams in the gift shop).
Ang felt "Festus" move the other day for the first time! She was SO excited!
Yesterday I booked a flight so I can go visit her next month. I can't wait. I was hoping to go to Mexico then, but plans changed. I'm glad though. I can go to Mexico another time for work (if we get another contract), but pretty soon Ang will be so prego she won't want to do any sight seeing etc. I'll go back when the baby is born, but that won't be much of a touristy trip. I think this year is going to FLY by. CA, CR, AZ, CA, China, ....and who knows where else. I sent out an email to our clients who could potentially go to China in 9+ months. So far the feedback is "I can't believe we have to decide if we're going or not within the next month". We have to have 80% of our names 6 mths before & everything finalized 90 days prior...that's just the way it is.
fun times!
