Friends Don't Let Friends Use Shampoo!

I just have to mention my love affair with WEN conditioning cleanser.
It is truly the holy grail of "shampoo"
....but it's SO, NOT shampoo! There are no detergents in it so it doesn't lather, but it does clean & condition your hair, & makes it SOOOO healthy, moisturized, full of body & keeps the color vibrant (& what woman doesn't color her hair these days....besides my aunt Mary?) I used to know when it was time to color again by how much my color had faded. Now I have to look at my roots.

ok, so I don't want this post to be an ad for WEN, but seriously, it is amazing...once you try it you'll never want to put shampoo on your hair again (SERIOUSLY!)

Over Christmas, I let my mom try it for a couple days & when I took it home, she was SOOO sad. Luckily my sister bought her some for Christmas. .....nope, it's not available in local stores. The only places I've found it are via the Chaz Dean Studio website & QVC. It's not your $2 suave, or even $15 Aveda from a Salon, but it IS amazing. They have other products too, but I'll let you do your own research (or ask me & I'll rave about the one's I've tried)

oh, and I had Thai food for dinner again. This time I didn't make it...it came from Thai Siam on State Street. I think I need to eat there again (hopefully avoiding our lame Gov.) so I can try a few different things & give it a fair test. Of the 3 Thai places I've tried in SLC, I'd have to put it as #3...but don't get me wrong, it was VERY GOOD. In fact, I think I liked their coconut soup the best...it was very limey...MMMMM!
