Kitties don't like GUM....or do they?

Last night/this morning about 4am I woke up to a weird scratching/rubbing sound. When I finally got my eyes open & the lamp on I saw Madison with his head in my purse. Further inspection found he was licking the opened package of gum that was in my purse. I took it from him (it was pretty soggy) and said "what are you doing? kitties don't like gum!", closed the package, put it in my work bag which was sitting by the bed, turned off the light & went back to sleep. As my head hit the pillow again I had to laugh ...my cat was licking a package of gum & he liked it.
"kitties don't like gum"....made me laugh.

I'm glad his sandpaper-like tongue hadn't ripped through the individual wrappers yet.
And now we know...kitties like Mint Mojito gum ;-)
