Costa Rica and Pesto?

Well, so much for catching up a few weeks ago. UGH! I'm too tired to catch up tonight, but I thought I'd mention a few things.
Costa Rica was fantastic (except for the HOT bus ride between Manuel Antonio & San Jose!)
We did a canopy tour (aka zip line through the rain forest) which was so much fun. Since you go 45+ miles an hour, I was surprised it was NOT an exhilarating feeling.
I really need to go sky diving now!

I'll write more about costa rica....promise!

But, I also wanted to post a link to a recipe for home made pesto yummmmm!
I haven't made it yet, but I can't wait!
I need to grow my own basil :-)



Sandal update. I went looking for something else, but came home with these Keen's. I LOVE THEM! They were perfect for Costa Rica....hiking, beach....anytime. very comfy & the look is totally growing on me.
