I Love My Sister, and She Loves Coconut Macaroons!

I was thinking about a recent message Angela left me & I started to laugh again - hopefully with her (oh, who am I kidding, I laughed at her too ;-)

The topic of the message was the coconut macaroons that Turtle Bay leaves on guests beds when they do the turn down service.  (google is awesome, because someone else took these great pics!)

I won't tell you how many of these cookies Ang ate - since I don't know and she probably lost count.

They were delicious! - the only thing that would have made them better is if they would have been dipped in Peter's Chocolate!
