If you haven't seen David Foster & Friends (Great Performances on PBS), check your local listings & see when it is going to be on again, (or see if your local library has the DVD) Seriously.It's entertaining, funny, and full of great talent.
I even got a little tear in my eye when Andrea Bocelli sang the Prayer (with Katharine McPhee). He's amazing. Even if I don't understand the words, there's something about songs sung in Italian (or spanish) that I love. I'm tempted to buy the DVD because apparently they cut an hour out of the show for the PBS special. These youtube videos don't really do it justice. at all.
